A Day in the Life In this role, you will lead the operations and maintenance of Williams’ largest installation of horsepower and power distribution equipment. You will oversee or support a diverse team of skilled professionals, including shift operators, I&E technicians, technical specialists, and mechanics, to ensure the delivery of highly reliable power. As part of the local leadership team, you will be the main point of contact for internal and external support, customer interactions, and commercial communications for the New Albany Generation sites. You will champion enterprise collaboration, leveraging Williams’ extensive resources to drive operational excellence at the sites under your care.
