What you’ll deliver with us
As our Midrange Engineer, you’ll have a hands-on technical role that is accountable for designing, delivering and running Midrange Services for the Australia Post Group on premise or through public cloud providers including the provision and management of the specific technical service

Responsible for the operation of Midrange Services activities and the various applications that the team supports and enhances.Responsible for performing operational support that meets agreed Business Service Levels Agreements.Available and participate in Midrange Services support on a 24 x 7 basis to ensure stable operation of IT services aligned to business and customer needs.Monitors, manages and improves against key measures, metrics and service levels set for Service Management (Incident, Request, Problem, Change)Accountable to ensure the production environment is protected through change control, preventing any disruption to services outside of agreed maintenance windows.
About You -

Extensive experience in managing large, complex and critical Operational IT environments in a 24/7 capacity.Demonstrated experience in Midrange technologies(AIX & LINUX) deployed both on premise and in Cloud environmentsKnowledge and experience with SAP and SAP Hana.Hands-on experience in the design, implementation and support of infrastructure solutionsExperience with infrastructure project deliveryHow we’ll deliver for you
