Work closely with the Business Analysts and HR Business teams to gather requirements for
reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations
Providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system
requirements into design artifacts and documents
Hands-on Development experience in Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM suite of Modules (Core HR and
Payroll).
Work with a team of developers supporting existing inventory of HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces and
Reports, Fast Formula’s, and new projects.
Collaborating with project and delivery managers to provide estimates and develop the overall
implementation solution plan for area of expertise, interfacing and coordinating tasks with
internal and external resources
Create optimization, automation, efficiencies through scripts or other tools
Partner with customer to finalize the key design aspects of data conversions and reports
Need to have experience in OTL.
Understanding of the cloud architecture and design
Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks
Lead technical design and development of data conversions and reports
Provide validation of technical design.
Confirm unit testing of reports, and data conversions
Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
15+ years of work experience
8+ years developing data conversion and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations
and upgrades
Proficient in HDL, OTBI and BI Publisher
Consulting experience
Effective written and verbal communication with presentation experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
