Job Description A global maritime company, currently experiencing significant growth, is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join their team in Dubai. This is a ship-to-shore position ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing AHTS vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical management, maintenance, and operation of AHTS vessels. Ensure vessels comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Liaise between ship’s crew and shore teams to optimize vessel performance. Manage planned maintenance systems, dry docking, and repair schedules. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-board systems and equipment. Monitor vessel performance and report on any technical issues to senior management. Requirements:
Strong experience in technical management of AHTS vessels. Prior experience as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of vessel maintenance, safety protocols, and industry regulations. Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate with operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
