Job Description 
Responsible for the technical management of a fleet of Offshore Supply Vessels, including daily operations of maintenance, repair, budgeting, inspections, and dry-docking. Ensure vessels remain technically operational and compliant with management requirements.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams on technical readiness and performance. Conduct assessments for repairs, dry-docking, and class surveys, preparing budgets and reports for approval. Supervise dry-docking, repair works, and maintenance while compiling post-evaluation reports.
Source technical supplies, monitor vessel certification, and ensure completion of planned maintenance. Provide technical support, perform inspections, and supervise contractors. Implement QHSE policies and maintain zero-loss time accident records, reporting incidents and near-misses.

Requirements
Experience as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer on offshore vessels, with Class 1 or Class 2 COC, DP Maintenance, and High Voltage Certificates. Knowledge of classification rules and offshore requirements (e.g., Saudi Aramco). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to train crews and travel on short notice. Independent, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
