Job Description Technical Superintendent – Dry Bulk Vessels
We are seeking a Technical Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day technical operations of dry bulk vessels, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer expectations. This role requires frequent domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee vessel operations, maintenance, and environmental performance Conduct vessel inspections, manage repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards Lead dry-docking projects, supervise shoreside contractors, and manage budgets Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to safety regulations Collaborate with internal departments for supply chain and staffing needs Manage crew training and performance evaluations Skills & Experience:
Degree in Maritime Studies or Marine Engineering Class One certificate of competency (preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical shore based role or sailing as a senior marine engineer on bulk carriers.
