Key Responsibilities 
- Oversee the technical operations of LNG dual-fuel vessels, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with international regulations.
- Conduct vessel inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with on-board and on-shore teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in LNG fleet operations.
- Support projects that enhance operational efficiency, including integrating new technologies and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage budgets, technical reports, and communication with key stakeholders to align on fleet performance goals.
  
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must have: Shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent or in a similar technical management role.
- Desirable: Senior sailing experience as an Engineer (e.g., Chief Engineer or 1st Engineer).
- Strong background in LNG dual-fuel vessel operations, with a sound understanding of maritime safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
