Faststream has partnered with global organisation working across the clean energy value chain to hire a Technical Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and technical operations of their company's modern crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).
Based anywhere in the UK, you will ensure vessels are operationally ready, handle technical requisitions, and manage maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical requisitions and procurement processes. Coordinate work orders and oversee contractor work. Ensure regular oil sampling and analysis. Track and manage warranty issues. Maintain vessel records and inventories. Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and vessel inspections. Assist in budget planning and reducing maintenance costs. Support the Vessel Manager with daily operations and troubleshooting. Skills & Qualifications:
Marine Engineering Certificate or equivalent. 3+ years of seagoing or shore-based experience. Knowledge of Offshore Support Vessels and industry regulations. Strong client management and communication skills. Ability to travel frequently and adapt to variable working hours. Proficiency with MS 365 tools. Why Join Us?
