DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management (Core – 20%)

Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent facilities management planning, advice and support

Operations Management (Core – 80%)

Full-time stationing site Comms rooms & ICC premises

Perform regular inspection to all comms rooms, comms closets and other E&M facilities inside ICC site office floors and ICC base building; record all information in the predefined checklist

Respond to handle emergency call and arrange vendors for ad hoc maintenance or emergency repairing

Provide immediate response and support to Comms Rooms and other floors E&M services related to the operations

Carry out  E&M equipments repairing according to site's instruction

Assist in addressing all routine E&M issues

Coordinate general maintenance requests, repairs and site inspections

Vendor management and supervision, including contractor site briefings

Assist in access control management for vendors’ entry for carry out their tasks

Assist in following up with EDC/IT equipment Moves, Adds & Changes implementation

Assist with daily facility walk around to provide visual check of operations

Assist in coordination and supervision of weekend and after-hours maintenance and repair works

Self perform cost saving initiatives as required

Carry out any other duties as assigned by site

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

Experience, Education & Qualifications

Secondary School Level with an Electrical Licence A0 (minimum requirement).

Minimum of 4 years experience in E&M services in the corporate real estate / facilities industry.

Competency Profile

Task Skills

Ability to solve a problem quickly, effectively & good communication

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
