**About the Job:**
Provide supervision and leadership to colleagues within his/her area of the Technical Services Department
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Daily coordination of the technical services department in his /her area of responsibility.
+ Advise on the duty roster for his/her area of responsibility
+ Manage PPM and demand works orders in an orderly and efficient way.
+ Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Technical Supervisor
+ Supervising of keys for plant rooms ensuring plant room security. Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies, processes and procedures.
+ To apply safe working practices at all times
+ To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
**Qualifications**
• School leaver certificate
• Any post school qualification
**Experience**
• Minimum of 5 Years in a Technical Services environment
• Minimum of 2 Years in a Call Centre environment
**Skills**
• Computer literate
• Good verbal and written English
• Excellent listening skills
• Practical Technical skills
• Specialist technical knowledge
• CAFM system exposure
• AutoCAD
• Able to read technical drawings
• Some multi discipline skills
