Responsibilities:
- Customer support via our service hotline and ticket system
- Creating content for contact center partners
- Clarifying and finding solutions for customer complaints in the technical support area
- Advising customers on product-specific questions
- Daily, detailed and timely data entry using Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Qualification:
- Training or several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented profession
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. One other language: German/French/Italian/Spanish also required
- Good computer skills: Experience with PC hardware as well as Microsoft operating system and current game consoles
- Experience with PC and console games (especially racing games) and force feedback steering wheels is helpful. An interest in this area, especially in Fanatec products in particular, is required
