Job Description Insight Global is seeking 1 IT Support Analysts to sit onsite for a local higher education client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.  Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for Customers  Software and network issues on laptops and desktops  Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.  Create and manage tickets We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
