Join our team as a Technology Support Analyst, where you'll be the first point of contact for technology support, providing solutions, training, and productivity tips to enhance best practices. You'll manage hardware and software issues, support user account management, and deliver onsite and virtual training.

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate to join a high performing, collaborative and supportive team, with the opportunity to engage with internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in the change management processes, ensuring smooth project transitions and continuously striving to improve our knowledge base.

We offer training and ongoing support, along with opportunities to upskill and work towards Microsoft and other relevant qualifications.

This is a full-time role with rostered hours – Monday to Friday.

7:30am – 4:00pm

9:30am – 6:00pm

You will also be trained to facilitate on call/after hours support (once every 9 weeks).

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

Relevant IT related degree (BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems), or related IT qualification

Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be advantageous

Strong written and verbal skills with a collaborative approach to working with third-party and outsourced providers

Demonstrable knowledge and basic understanding of the Incident, Problem, and Change lifecycle.

Practical technical knowledge of MS Windows, Active Directory, and G Suite.

Strong analytic skills for application support.

Excellent process-driven organisational skills along with the ability to show resilience during times of high pressure

Ability to explain IT issues to the business in plain language.
