About The Career:\n

\u00b7 Performs second level support to users of hospital PC's and software. Handles support escalations from Systems Support I position. Assists System Administrator and Network Administrator in data collection for troubleshooting purposes. Ensures that PC hardware and software are updated on a regular basis. This position requires self-motivation and task orientation.\n

All About You:\n

\u00b7 High school diploma or GED\n

\u00b7 At least a 4-year working knowledge of computers, desktops, and networks\n

\u00b7 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. \n

\u00b7 A minimum of 4 year's experience with computers. A strong familiarity with Windows XP and Windows 7 and the ability to effectively navigate within the Windows environment\n

\u00b7 Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines. \n
