Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team in Brisbane, Australia. This is a full-time position. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, monitor and report on solution and environment performance, adhere to the solution change process, and manage incidents. You will be the first point of contact for inbound communications and collaborate with internal and external technical and operational teams to resolve tickets. Your analytical skills, communication abilities, and knack for building trusted client relationships will be key to your success.
 

About you:

Must be an Australia citizen  experience in customer service, desirable  Some technical experience in application support. Strong analytical skills. Ability to hold an AGSVA Security Clearance (Eligibility and suitability | Australian Government Security Vetting Agency). We will sponsor it; you just need to meet the eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service across the range of solutions being provided. Communicate with clients and internal teams to investigate and analyse client application issues. Use initiative and creative problem-solving to offer viable resolutions. Collaborate with wider technical and operational teams to manage tickets to resolution. Develop and maintain trusted value-based partnerships inside and outside of the Downer organisation. Deliver the Service Delivery team strategy by focusing on effort and commitment, evaluating performance, and providing regular feedback. Meet performance cycle deadlines, including goal setting and providing input into reviews.
