To support our Growth, we are looking for a Technical Support and Development Specialist f/m.

Under supervision of Research and Development manager, your support existing and new customer to successfully use of our solutions.

You ensure material conformity to industry standards, troubleshooting quality issues through effective project management, and providing tailored support for customer-specific product modifications.

Your key responsibilities:

Technical Support: 

Offer technical support and exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.Provide customer technical support on the product range and coordinate generation of technical data necessary to qualify the product for customers and targeted applications

Customer Engagement: 

Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback, fully understand their needs, and provide customized solutionsAct as a "product" representative at customers.Follow the qualification at the customers and ensure the conformity of our products to the standards in force.

Documentation Maintenance:

Maintain precise documentation of test results, procedures, and customer interactions to ensure traceability and compliance.Conduct analytical, experimental, investigative, and other fact-finding work to support customerProvide scientific understanding of the observed phenomena, over composition, process, and performance relationship,

Troubleshooting & Quality Management:

Develop and implement strategic approaches for troubleshooting quality issues related to product performance and application.

Collaboration :

Active member of project team, you participate to global technical network and ensure knowledge transfer.

Industry Knowledge

Develop and demonstrate professional expertise and experience acquired through the writing of internal technical reports, active participation in seminars, publication of articles in the specialized press and presentations at relevant technical conferences.Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain expertise in thermoplastics technologies

Your qualification profile:

Plastics engineer or equivalent.Proficient both in French and English.Knowledge of thermoplastic process, compounding, injection molding and extrusion.Knowledge of polymer materials and their formulation, organic and silicone materials.Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging with both customers and internal teams.Sense of responsibility, plan activities and respect deadlines and commitmentsPersonal organization and planning.IT tools such as SAP, office automation
