Implement technology solutions to maximize the customer experience on Gallup platforms.
As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in providing the exceptional service that Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting our world-class Gallup Access platform, you’ll troubleshoot client issues and engage in internal review sessions to identify the root causes of technical problems. Once you’ve diagnosed the underlying factors, you’ll develop scripts to streamline support for Gallup’s client support team. Collaborating with internal partners, you’ll track and monitor trends to resolve issues before they become bigger problems — and save the day for our customers by turning frustrating situations into positive experiences.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or a related field required Two years of programming experience with MySQL required; experience in Oracle preferred Good knowledge of written and spoken English required Ability to work at Gallup’s Berlin office at least two days per week required Experience with application support and troubleshooting preferred Experience using AWS services (Dynamo DB, S3, Lambda, SQS) preferred Experience with C# preferred Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace preferred Familiarity with TFS, Git and Jira a plusWhat we offer:
