Responsible for handling customer queries/issues through Voice and or Non-Voice (International) transactions to the best of customer satisfaction. Necessary documentation of calls. Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization. Awareness of relevant service levels and meeting goals set by the project.

Required Skills & Desired Skills                                                                                 

1-5 Years relevant work experience Excellent communication skills. Graduation is mandatory, Flexible to work in US Shifts (Rotational Night Shifts)
