To support our systems across EMEAI, including lanes / gates/ CT-machines, across infrastructure servers to ground level edge devices. Provision of 2nd and 3rd line support to track hardware, asset management and to configure remote accessed hardware.
Working with Development and Testing implementation departments on checkpoint systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Technical
Responsible for remote support and onsite maintenance of our checkpoint automation, PC and server hardware.Maintain Windows and SQL Server environments.Configure and install APC UPS’s.Maintain Linux systems.Time Management
