Technical Support Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, this role will become an expert on Zeiss EM products and is responsible for providing Level 2 support for APAC and occasional support outside APAC region.
The Level 2 support includes On-site & Remote Escalation Support, Certified Service Training & On-job Training.
