Technical Support Engineer (f/m/d) in Service Operations for Advanced Therapies EMEA

Then come and join our global team as Technical Support Engineer (f/m/d) in Service Operations for Advanced Therapies EMEA to ensure customer satisfaction with our Interventional X-ray (Angiography) systems.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will act as key technical expert, supporting solutions for Sensis systems, our advanced solution for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology.You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues - remotely and in collaboration with service engineers on-site.You will support cases primarily across the EMEA region, with occasional involvement in APAC and the Americas through our “follow-the-sun” support model.You will help international field engineers during live troubleshooting sessions and provide clear, actionable recommendations.You will conduct detailed preliminary analyses and create strategic action plans, including spare part recommendations.You will leverage our knowledge base and diagnostic tools to carry out remote system evaluations.You will work autonomously while working with global teams, escalating to Fleet Care when needed.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a completed bachelor’s degree in the field of electrical, mechanical, medical engineering or a comparable field.You have several years of working experience in field-based technical support of complex medical systems.Applicants with a completed technical vocational training and further qualification with additional work experience in this field are also highly appreciated.You possess good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting in clinical environments.You are certified and have good knowledge of Sensis systems.Experience with Artis systems or related platforms is a plus.


Your attributes and skills:

You have excellent communication skills and are business fluent in English, in order to communicate with different stakeholders appropriately. Further German knowledge is an advantage.You approach problem-solving with structure, initiative, and sharp analytical thinking.Complex challenges don’t intimidate you; You’re quick to understand, assess, and act.You are open to travel internationally (approx. 10%) and adapt easily to different settings.Professional demeanor, a flexible mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction complete your profile.
