The Opportunity We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer II to join our team in Planview, Bangalore. In this role, you will be providing application support to Portfolios product. What You'll Do Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail Coordinate and assist with internal resources and other teams Troubleshoot issues until resolution and properly manage customer expectations Assist with internal projects related to customer service Directly assigned tickets for customers Responsible for submitting content in the Planview Knowledge Base. What You'll Bring Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Be able to communicate functional and technical information to any experience level Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting experience Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting enterprise-wide or web-based, browser applications. Minimum 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Windows environments Understanding of Microsoft IIS services and configuration options Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server transactional SQL including complex queries and objects Strong organization and time management skills Be able to balance and prioritization multiple issues Understanding of project management practices and methodologies preferred Troubleshooting Performance issues like Slowness Benefits at Planview At Planview, you’ll join our global team and culture which reflects the vibrant communities in which our employees live and work.
