Koordination und technische Bearbeitung von Kundenproblemstellungen (Klassifizierung, Analyse, Lösungserarbeitung, Entwicklungskoordination, Zeitmanagement) für unsere Kunden in Europa und weltweitProduktunterstützung für unsere Embedded Computer Module und Single Board Computers auf x86 und ARM/RISC Basis für industrielle Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik, Automatisierung, Transport & Logistik und GebäudeleittechnikTechnische Vertriebs- und Kundenberatung während Design-In bis Design-Win PhaseZusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskollegen im Avnet-KonzernPflege von Board Support Packages und BIOS UpdatesErstellen von Kundeninformationsmaterial wie Application Notes, White Papers, etc.Verwaltung und Pflege der „Web“-InhalteErstellen von Messeaufbauten und Demonstrationsaufbauten für Kunden

Ihr Profil:

Technische Ausbildung oder alternativ Studium (FH oder Universität) der Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Embedded Systemtechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ technische Ausbildung mit BerufserfahrungSystematische ArbeitsweiseSpaß an neuen TechnologienProfessionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen auch in schwierigen SituationenSowohl teamorientierter als auch selbstständiger ArbeitsstilGute Microsoft Office KenntnisseGute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
