As Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for the post-sales support and service coordination to resolve customer issues. This can include technical repairs (both returns and field), support, coordinating field services, or other service requests.
As Technical Support Engineer, you'll also be responsible for:
Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MTech) processSubject Matter Expert for their area of supportSupport the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers)24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed Share the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management databaseFollow up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the fieldRaise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a jobCoach other technical resources in their area of expertiseCommunicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologiesPL specific responsibilitiesHandles special projects as requiredFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
A bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support and/or Service Coordination, prior Field Services experience preferrPrevious Wireline field operations experience in offshore and/or land/onshore.Work in a way that works for you
