Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Intern to join the BCS Team in Richardson, TX. In this role, the Technical Support Intern will evaluate our existing technical support process, rebuild our lighting demo stations, integrate our commercial and residential shading support teams, and establish guidelines for international workflow.
What Will You Do?
Technical Knowledge Management: Evaluate existing TS processes (Knowledge Base article contribution, case escalation management, and product quality trends) and update SOP documentation in support of continuous learning and onboarding.System Design and Installation: Coordinate rebuilding lighting control system demo stations in the technical support lab with support of technical support representativesProcess Creation: Assist with development of processes to integrate Residential and Commercial Shading Technical Support teams, and establishment of International Support workflow. QualificationsEducation:
College Junior or higher; pursuing a degree in business related field.College should be located in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
