Job Responsibilities :Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage alerts on Slack and AWS dashboards.Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with internal teams.Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve daily issues.Gain exposure to AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization.Qualifications:
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for this role. This ensures effective support for our global network of merchants and resellers, many of whom use English, while also catering to our valued partners in China who prefer to communicate in their local language.Basic knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC), Entity Framework Core/LINQ, JavaScript, and CSS.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Some familiarity with API design (Web API/RESTful) and SDKs.Basic understanding of AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization).Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
