**Job Description**

**As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you will:**
- Grow your technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in the AVEVA Unified Engineering solution, related software and industry technologies.
- Develop your business acumen by communicating with our customers to understand how they utilize our software to solve their business challenges, and by collaborating with different AVEVA departments to deliver and improve our customers’ experience with our company and products.
- Team with Technical Support Engineers to enable our customers’ success to manage their operations by supporting them remotely through phone, email, or web channels to best serve their environment while performing a variety of complex technical challenges.
- Get the opportunity to work in real digital engineering projects, developing your experience in exciting and challenging environments with global teams and multiple interfaces.
**We're looking for:**
- Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Additional language skill in Spanish is a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- GPA 3.00 or above is a plus

- Trabalhar com engenheiros de suporte ao técnico para permitir o sucesso de nossos clientes no gerenciamento de suas operações, oferecendo suporte remoto por telefone, e-mail ou canais da Web para melhor atender seu ambiente enquanto executa uma variedade de desafios técnicos complexos.
- Ter a oportunidade de trabalhar em projetos reais de engenharia digital, desenvolvendo sua experiência em ambientes emocionantes e desafiadores com equipes globais e múltiplas interfaces.

- Fluente em português e inglês (habilidade adicional em espanhol é um diferencial)
- Graduação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins
- GPA 3.00 ou superior é uma vantagem
