Technical Support Representative
**Job Title:** Technical Support Representative - Supra Systems **Job Description:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Technical Support Representative** to join our **Supra Systems** team. This **on-site position** involves providing inbound technical support for electronic lockboxes and access keys in a fast-paced call center environment. **Compensation:** + **Hourly Pay Rate:** $17.00 + **Schedule:** Full-time (40 hours per week) with potential for overtime. + **Hours of Operation:** 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide technical support via phone for electronic lockboxes and access keys. + Multi-task by using various tools and screens to resolve customer issues efficiently. + Document calls and determine resolutions based on customer needs. + Apply established customer satisfaction techniques to ensure positive service experiences. + Follow call-handling procedures to maintain consistent support within department guidelines. + Meet performance metrics related to call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction. + Support additional projects and skillsets as required. **Required Qualifications:** + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple tools/screens. + Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. + Ability to work on-site in an office call center environment. + Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessary. + Punctuality and attendance are essential for this position. **Why Join Us?** This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
