About the role

About the team
The successful candidate will be joining a team of Tier II Desktop Support technicians who are responsible for supporting the FIS colleagues located on the US East Coast and Canada. The primary function of this candidate will be the hands-on support of the West Deptford (soon to be Cherry Hill) and Voorhees New Jersey locations.
The West Deptford New Jersey location consists of the Item Processing and Lockbox Business units. There are upwards of 150 people on site each day and the location are comprised of a corporate and production network. The FIS ITDS local support person on site is responsible for not only break fix and BAU requests but also acts as a liaison between the Business Unit IT and FIS Corporate Systems.
What you will be doing
The Technical Support Representative Specialist will provide Tier II support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment.
The successful candidate will provide professional, prompt customer support within a very demanding and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Excellent communications skills are a must.
Provide Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Mobile device support. This includes a combined HP/Mac environment and Samsung/Apple in the mobile phone environment.
Provide application support to Microsoft 365 Cloud based suite.
Ensure compliance and adherence with hardware and software inventory in coordination with Asset Management Team.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, tickets, chats, walk-ups, and/or e-mails regarding colleagues' issues.
What you bring:
3 - 5 years of experience preferred.
College diploma and combination of related work experience.
Experience in maintenance and support of various Video Conference Systems including Crestron.
Documentation of procedures utilizing ServiceNow.
Skill in troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools for client accessibility problems to applications.
Prioritize workload out of ticket queue. Knowledge of when to Escalate problems to management.
