Serve as primary contact for customers and be responsible for pre- and post-sales problem resolution. Provide technical troubleshooting, product assessment and service option recommendations. Consistently apply customer service communication engagement skills and in-depth knowledge of company products, audio/wireless/networking technologies, procedures, and alternatives to assess customer needs and resolve issues.
