Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

The LN Inquiry representative will take inbound calls from potential customers. They should have an in depth understanding of the different LexisNexis® products for them to lead the customer to the right department that will cater to their need.  Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone consistent with service and quality standards. These representatives will also be a back up pool for any Customer/Technical Support Representative under Customer Support to shorten the timeline of backfilling roles in the main operations.

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate must be:

College graduate preferred but not requiredWith call center experience preferred but not requiredMust be detail oriented and knows how to multi-task (communicating with the customer while documenting the interaction)Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office applications, with excellent keyboard skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to research and obtain necessary information using provided resourcesAbility to ask all relevant questionsAbility to follow instructions for entering complete notes and make appropriate record disposition and recommendationEnergetic, positive thinking and self-motivatedWilling to be cross-skilled/upskilled if neededNo attendance issuesDo tasks as assigned
