Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with the basic concepts of network and IP
- Familiarity with CCTV products, image recorders, video iPhones, industrial monitors and video walls
- Ability to provide technical consulting services to customers
- Answering technical questions in the field of video surveillance and guiding customers to choose the right product
- Providing written reports and receiving feedback from the activities performed
