Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Huntsville, AL or Chantilly, VA
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
+ Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
+ Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
+ Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
+ Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
+ Ensure that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
+ Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with help desk software and tools.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
