POSITION PROFILE
The role may involve one or more of the following tasks for high-end equipment (segment 5+): roll-fed press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality control (QC), final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, and mailroom duties. This is an allocated position, available only when business needs warrant it, and must be approved by the Regional Director of Services. The position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on the site personnel configuration.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow Ricoh Service Excellence performance requirements. Responsible for various functions, including copy and mail center services, convenience copier fleet management, and other support services. Maintain and operate high-end production equipment, such as roll-fed continuous production systems. Set up, calibrate, and ensure the proper performance of the equipment. Achieve customer satisfaction by preparing, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. Meet deadlines by working quickly and steadily while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieve time productivity statistics by meeting established standards. Maintain all required reporting tools. Calibrate equipment to produce color and quality likeness as required, matching originals. Transfer files electronically by sending files from the network to color equipment. Produce error-free work by demonstrating operational knowledge of the equipment. Maximize print performance by performing at least two functions on print equipment simultaneously, as workflow permits. Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues with equipment. Maintain optimal machine performance by fixing simple machine issues (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil) and reporting equipment failures using machine codes. Maintain a professional appearance by dressing according to company standards. Keep the work area clean and organized. Order and maintain inventories of equipment parts as per company guidelines. Adhere to company attendance standards, reporting to work punctually and working all scheduled hours, including required overtime. Organize job assignments by validating job names and numbers, reviewing instructions on the Job Request Form, and organizing supplies. Perform full-service and repair procedures, including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on highly complex office products. Demonstrate required digital competencies associated with assigned products and tasks. Perform troubleshooting and repairs, or replace equipment components as needed. Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience. Experience in a roll-fed printing environment preferred. Technical aptitude to learn the set-up and operation of complex printing equipment, including software controls.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels. Work assignments are diversified, requiring the ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions, while providing and conveying diversified information. Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files, small parts, etc.).
