Job Description
We are searching for a self-driven and customer-focused Level 1 Admin Support Agent to join our team. As a crucial member of the Operations Team, you will provide advanced support for inquiries that our equipment operators cannot solve. You will be a core contributor, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure issues are surfaced, triaged, and tracked until resolution. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in both technical and customer service experience, with the ability to resolve complex issues with professionalism and poise. You will work closely with our software and engineering teams to continuously challenge, define, and refine what support means and deliver on these goals to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
