Freese and Nichols is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Fort Worth, Texas office. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the Austin office.
Support project initiatives and efforts through tasks such as:
Performing work to ensure projects are on schedule and budget & review for completeness and format.
Working with technical staff and project managers to keep projects progressing
Assisting technical staff and project managers with document control, formatting and project management tasks.
Supporting overhead of technical group(s) (coordinate meetings, lunches, handouts, etc.).
Editing and formatting specifications and technical documents. Editing and developing proposals and shortlists.
