Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position can be filled in Erlangen, Germany, as well as at various Siemens Healthineers locations in Poland, Romania, Spain, or Portugal.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a member of our global team, you will support our customers and service technicians in the EMEA region in solving complex problems on our systems.You carefully analyze requests, provide solutions, or develop workarounds via phone, email, or remote session.You report system issues to the Headquarter Support Center, follow up and communicate final solutions to our on-site Service Engineers

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a bachelor's degree in radiology or a comparable qualification.You have several years of professional experience in working with Siemens Healthineers XP products, especially radiography / fluoroscopy / Twin Robotic X-ray systems.We also welcome applicants who have completed vocational training and further training (e.g. State-certified technician or equivalent) with additional professional experience in this field.You have good knowledge of the daily clinical workflows of our customers regarding radiography / fluoroscopy / Twin Robotic X-ray systems and the associated interventions.Ideally, you have good knowledge of RIS, PACS and Dicom Standard


Your attributes and skills:

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Further knowledge of German is an advantage.You have very good communication skills and have already worked in an intercultural environment.Personally, you also impress with your high-quality standards, customer orientation and ability to grasp things quickly.You work on many things at the same time. You therefore have no problem prioritizing your topics and maintaining an overview.Your specialist knowledge of clinical workflows and your knowledge of our products may require you to visit us on site in critical customer situations (10% willingness to travel)
