You will be providing broad-ranging support to users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the organizations’ applications. Roles and Responsibilities

Resolving tickets regarding technical questions and issues which occurred in the toolsActively supporting the customer in all aspects from problem to resolutionTesting and reproducing errors in the tool, analyzing defects in the toolTroubleshooting and solving existing problems/assessing new problemsCreate and maintain documentation, Working place instructions (WPIs), manuals etc. Build expertise and knowledge in specific application modules and provide guidance to day-to-day usersActively communicate and coordinate with different support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
