Technical Support Tech
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Technical Support Tech in Seattle, WA. Key Job Responsibilities: * Technical Support Tech will partner with cable vendors to install, inspect and troubleshoot cabling Installation and maintenance of copper and fiber cable infrastructure Install, test and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling, including patch panels and patch cords * Ensure that the Data Center and vendor installations comply with all installation practices * Report current status via ticketing system, status reports, email and slack * Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects * Maintain accurate records and document problems and processes to successfully draft and execute changes within data centers * Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain site cleanliness * As a Technical Support Tech, you will work with a partner to move integrated enterprise equipment from loading docks into planned positions * Manage, check and coordinate all materials to be delivered to site daily * Carry cell phone for communication, information, and emergencies
