Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Technical Support Tech I in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Support Tech provides support to end users on a variety of issues
* Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
* Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
* Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Building and testing new hardware for RFID format
* Doing the physical data collection with items and holding patterns and collecting data
* Do not need to analyze data but will collect data and output the results
* Tagging with RFID on items
* Will need to be able to reliability run a test plan
* Will be working in a lab space
