Compensation: $80,000-110,000 DOE
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for optimizing systems and delivering data-driven insights? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Technical Systems Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in supporting Enterprise Service Management through reporting, business analysis, and technical improvements within our ServiceNow Platform Team.
What You’ll Do:
Gather and analyze technical requirements for new systems and applications.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
Ensure security compliance and document technical processes.
Analyze key metrics (ROI, KPI, SLA/OLA) and generate performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate solution effectiveness.
Support ServiceNow administration, QA, UAT, and release management.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience).
Experience in system analysis, product management, design, testing, and release management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of (Scaled) Agile, SDLC, and SecDevOps is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.
Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics, Lean Six Sigma.
