About This Opportunity We are seeking a Technical Systems Analyst (TSA) to join our Transaction Processing team. The TSA will report directly to the Senior Manager of Transaction Services. This team is the platform owner for all core transaction processing application suites. The Technical Systems Analyst should have a combination of application support as well as business analysis and/or project coordination skills. You will be focused on environment maintenance, builds, and patches, as well as documentation. Responsibilities The Platform Ownership, Transaction Processing team works very closely with the development team to support these applications and troubleshoot code. Responsibilities include: Application support (not supporting packages) Infrastructure – health of the platform Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and servers Strong database skills (SQL) Experience with maintaining containerized applications Java/Jboss applications Installing applications Understanding of Networking (load balancers) Maintain cloud infrastructure Documentation including process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams High availability 24/7 on-call support (rotation) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience 5 - 6 years of relevant experience Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing applications and systems Previous transaction processing experience a plus Scripting experience Cloud Infrastructure experience Networking experience a plus InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. *This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program - Tier - III #LI-LW1
