In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.

KBR Is looking for a Technical Team Lead (Senior Systems Engineer), You will be leading a small team that specializes in developing and integrating a dynamic test environment for the purpose of supporting both internal and external customers. With your experience in networking, you will be architecting complex solutions while coordinating the LinQlab staff for systems under test as well as active development environments. The LinQlab team supports varying technical domains: 5G, SATCOM, cloud-native application development, DevSecOps, automation, and networking. You will be expected to provide technical expertise for the networking domain alongside growing to understand the other technical domains listed above to further drive LinQlab’s growth and development for its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and organize unique on-premises multi-tenancy solutions across technical domainsWork with program team leads to identify short and long-term prioritiesOrchestrate LinQlab team members roles and responsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain network solutionsUnderstand modern developments across technical domains to drive developmentCreate/update architecture and procedure documentation

Qualifications:

Required:

Ability to obtain Secret clearance5 years or more networking experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, network engineering, or related fieldProficient with Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, Etc.)Network and machine virtualizationStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Desired:

Experience in a technical team lead roleExperience with scripting and automationExperience with supporting Kubernetes solutionsExperience with interfacing with DevSecOps solutionsSecurity+Cisco CCNA or equivalentFamiliar with 5G concepts/protocols
