Are you someone who can:

Prioritize resource allocation to minimize and reduce wastageDeliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution design and developmentEnsure resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints timeously and ownership of issuesBuild relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-inEngage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work supportEnsure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablementReview existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a computer science degreeHave 5 years experience in a similar environment
