You will provide essential skills training through one-on-one and group coaching sessions, ensuring our team is trained to the highest standards. **What you will do:** As a **Technical Trainer** , you are accountable for, but not limited to: + **Mentor and Coach** : Guide new hires and transfers to meet the required 75% skills matrix standard. + **Training Delivery** : Conduct training courses, assessments, and initiatives for our Value Streams. + **Create Training Materials** : Develop aids and packages that emphasize safety and quality. + **Promote Best Practices** : Encourage optimal assembly techniques and assess operatives' competency. + **Support and Record** : Provide Job Instructional Training, maintain training records, and conduct wellbeing visits for apprentices. **NB.
