Your role and responsibilities

At ABB Force Measurement, we deliver high-quality technical training to customers and employees worldwide, combining classroom sessions, live webinars, and flexible e-learning formats. As digital learning becomes increasingly important, we are expanding our online training offerings to ensure accessibility and adaptability.As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. You'll collaborate with experts to develop engaging training content and ensure high-quality knowledge transfer. If you enjoy sharing expertise, working in an international environment, and contributing to professional development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Your area of responsibility• Collaboration with specialist departments in the conception, design and development of technical trainings.• Creative and target group-oriented preparation of learning content with varied learning formats.• Organizing and delivering classroom, live online training and webinars for customers and employees worldwide. Classroom trainings are delivered both in at our training center in Västerås, Sweden and worldwide. • Develop both physical and digital training environments. • Rollout of the learning offering to internal and external stakeholders worldwide and further development based on requirements and feedback.• Compliance with and further development of our quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.• Coordinating and initiating assessments for service certification.• Keeping training facilities up to date enabling high level of trainee satisfaction through the trainings.• Supporting in course administration through planning and answering enquiries and proposals for training courses.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Relevant training in the field of learning design and didactics and at least 3 years of professional experience in this field. Written and spoken English skills, precise linguistic expression and good text comprehension. Experience in training organization and content management in a learning management system. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage projects independently. Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented way of working.
