Develops, implements and delivers instructor led and online technical training to meet the end-user instructional needs and evaluates its effectiveness.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
Work primarily with the IT group, referred to as Management of Information Systems (MIS), in global training initiatives.Serve a global audience on some projects for which translation into multiple languages is required.Assist in developing design guides, standards, and templates to be used as a consistent framework for the content the team creates.Gather information from a wide variety of sources, synthesize it, and translate it into easy-to-understand language for end users.Work with internal SMEs to complete projects in a timely manner.Perform training needs analysis and determine the best method(s) of delivery, whether e-learning, multimedia, written procedures, job aides, live/online/hybrid instructor-led sessions, or other means of dissemination.Develop learning content that is visually pleasing, logically organized, concise, and easily digested.Collaborate with team of technical trainers to write scripts, storyboards, and learning assessments, providing and receiving constructive feedback.Write actionable learning objectives that enable end users to apply new skills and knowledge.Create testing or certification processes to ensure quality and consistency of learning.Create a friendly and welcoming environment that encourages learner questions and participation.Implement means to evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments, surveys, and analysis of performance data.Adjust learning materials and methods based on end-user assessments and feedback.Participates in the selection and guide development of system training tools to ensure they address requirements, are user friendly, facilitate effective learning and are cost effective.May plan, develop, deliver, and track learning through a learning management system.Assist with training projects outside of MIS to support other departments and business needs.Performs other duties and tasks as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two years of work related experience.Demonstrated skills in training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery and training evaluation methods. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts and processes in an easy-to-understand manner to various audience levels.Experience with graphic, audio, and video tools.Experience with Learning Management Systems.Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with others to accomplish objectives and goals; ability to build positive working relationships across divisions/functions; ability to gain agreement on issues from diverse audiences.Excellent organizational and project skills.Must be able to efficiently manage time and complete projects which require research and presentations.Ability to interact with all levels within the company.Demonstrated knowledge of various software suites such Microsoft Office 365 and other applicable business software programs. Travel as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.Motion graphic skills.Experience with live streaming software such as OBS, vMix, Streamlabs OBS, or xSplit.Familiarity with live sound and video systems is a plus.
