Position: Technical Trainer- Customer Service
Job summary:
Ensures customer satisfaction and added values with best service quality Trains regional customer service organizations via train-the-trainer concept Shapes the training concept and standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
Determines regional training requirements (online- and offline courses) Checks and determines regional contents (conform to compliance Specifications and didactic standards) Plans, organizes and moderates regional trainer conferences Conducts regional train the trainer events or service partner trainings Develops and qualifies service organizations for products- digital challenges, service Software solutions and apps Develops surveys to measure knowledge transfer
Basic Education and Experience:
Engineering preferably in electrical / electronics Proven 4 - 5 years experience in Training Service Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Authorities:
Decides: Training efforts, schedules, participants with regards on effectiveness, resources and costs
