Information Technology is one of the fastest-growing teams within UWM, and we need a Technical Trainer to help our IT Organization continue to grow and support our consumers, brokers, and teammates with high-quality software. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Facilitating initial and ongoing training for IT team membersPartnering with IT leadership to provide accurate, relevant, and effective trainingPartnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers in the development of training materialsFacilitating both in-person and virtual training and meetingsCross-training team members within IT as necessaryProvide ongoing support to IT team members, including mentoring and coachingCollaborating with fellow trainers within IT and other business areas to help our teams fulfill their training needs WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUMust Have Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Previous software testing experience.Familiar with automation strategies for projects. Assists with implementation of test automation.Previous experience working in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and architecture.Proven experience in a training role, specifically within the IT sector, focusing on technical aspects of quality analysis.Previous experience utilizing performance monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace or Splunk, during test execution as a part of the release pipeline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.Passion for teaching and facilitating learning experiences, particularly with adult learners.Experience with work tracking tools such as Jira or TFS.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.This position requires on-site attendance.Nice to Have Qualifications:
