We're seeking for an Technical Trainer Leader.
Purpose of Position:
Facilitate technical and aftermarket training courses for Mack Trucks' export dealer network in Mexico and Latin American countries. Ensure effective training delivery and maintain facilities that are compliant with Mack Trucks Academy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical training for function, safety, diagnosis, repair, replacement, and maintenance of Mack Trucks, including proprietary and third-party components. Lead training in service, parts, and warranty best-practices and processes. Facilitate in-person and virtual training courses, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and brand policies. Conduct on-site technical training at export dealer network and customer fleet locations across Mexico and Latin American countries, comprising approximately 70% of your time. Periodically conduct driver training or train-the-trainer activities to fleet drivers and trainers. Participate in train-the-trainer events and adopt emerging learning technologies to enhance course delivery. Support translation and localization of existing training content for Mack export markets. Design and develop new training content with other Trucks Academy members. Maintain certification as a Mack Trucks Master Technician.

Education / Preferred Experience:
Certification in Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. AA in Diesel Technology (Título de Técnico) or equivalent relevant experience. 3–5 years of experience in the heavy-duty or medium-duty truck industry. ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (Spoken as well as written). Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally. Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70% of the time, domestic and international).
